Capuano is a high-ranking member of the Lupertazzi crime family and is considered to be one of their top earners. He is often seen working closely with Johnny Sack, the underboss of the Lupertazzi family. Capuano's main business is construction and he is involved in several large-scale construction projects throughout the series. Capuano is also known to have connections to the labor unions and is often seen negotiating with union officials on behalf of the Lupertazzi family.
